I have been on Lupron for 12 days. I had been one of the lucky ones, but now the side-effects have taken over. Daily headaches, hot flashes, nausea, irregular bowel strangeness and BLOAT (my favorite). Still, I am coping all right. I am taking the anti-biotic for Ureaplasma, which is what I tested positive for. Those really upset my stomach. As long as they never stop making antacids, I will survive.
Today is CD 5 for me. The transfer is tentatively scheduled for the 29th of September. The weird thing is that last year at this time, this was CD 4 and the donor cycle was scheduled for the 18th. Creepy I tell you. Creepy. I can only hope that it turns out better. I don't have another appointment until 9/12 which will be at CD17.
Well I am off to put a cold pack on the back of my neck.

I hear ya! I am on Lupron day 4- that combined with Provera so I don't know which side effects are kicking in. I am having these really uncomfortable gas pains. Never had that before! I do know that it sucks.
Looks like we'll be transferring around the same time!!! NOt much longer now!!!

CD17 today, I think. (After awhile, it all blurs together.) Still on Lupron, but I hate the Estrace more. I am so glad to see that things are moving along for you -- best of luck on this cycle!
Oh, honey, I remember how awful the Lupron is. I'm sorry you feel like you do, but chalk it up to a good sign that your body is doing all the crappy things it's supposed to be doing in order to get you at full readiness to accept those embies!!!
I think that the timing is fate - it will help to erase the negatives of last year. I am so, so, so hoping for you.
