How surprised am I that so many of you bloggers have a cd4 day off? Joy calls it "intermission". Hilarious! Next time, I will make popcorn!
Today AF got serious. I am relieved.
A friend of mine from high school (we keep in touch by e-mail) told me this week that she had a complete hysterectomy because it was discovered she had endometrial cancer. She is 38 years old. She had been bleeding for 2 years without much of a break! It took being anemic for her to get some real medical help, which is when they discovered the cancer. She wanted to make sure I was taking care of myself and getting regular paps, etc. She does not know that I am TCC nor the ART procedures. I assured her that I am getting regular check ups.
It reminded me how most women don't have monthly ultrasounds, blood work, blood pressure, heart rate, weigh-ins, etc. I am living in opposite world. I have more information about what is going on with my body than anyone I know. I am grateful I still have the most important parts and they still work, usually.

Hi there, saw your link on cyclesista--I'm there too this month.
I don't have quite the same pattern as you, but I also usually have an intermission day either day 3 or 4. Funny to find out I'm not the only one.
Good luck with the cycle!
I'm so sorry to hear about your friend.
And strange to hear there is a day off - I never had one of those, but my ovaries sucked so much that they couldn't afford to take a break...
