Early Retrieval

More of the beginning.

I started stimming up just fine. I felt bloated and crazy, but so happy. I was a little intimidated by the injection schedule but soon it was second nature. I started to become very uncomfortable in the ovary area and had to pee all the time. My first ultrasound was great. I had about 9 immature follicles all together. Everything was proceeding fine. My second ultrasound there were 13 follicles and 3 or 4 were reaching maturity very early. My body really responded well to the stims. By day 7 of the stim cycle my doctor decided that I needed to have the retrieval early, on day 9 of the stim cycle. I was stunned and a little apprehensive that we were going to go so early. So for several days I Googled. I found one blogger that had a day nine retrieval and did get pregnant. I was hopeful but still worried.
